Congratulations to Szymon Jackowski!

We are delighted to announce that our graduate, Szymon Jackowski, has won first place in the national environmental diploma competition organized by the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. His thesis is entitled: "Mitigating the Effects of Anthropopressure. The Institute of Environmental Contamination Research on the Phosphogypsum Heap in Wiślinka near Gdańsk." The thesis was supervised by Katarzyna Zielonko-Jung.

Architect, conservator of monuments, and an employee at the National Heritage Institute, heading the Gdańsk Regional Department and president of the Gdańsk Branch of the Association of Monument Conservators.

Dear Students and Professors,

We would like to inform you that on May 17 and May 24, 2024, due to the ongoing Gdańsk Juvenalia and the Baltic Science Festival, rector's hours will be observed at Gdańsk University of Technology. All teaching activities will be suspended on these days.

We are pleased to announce that three diploma projects from our students in 2023 have been qualified for the finals of the prestigious PRIX SARPFR 2024 competition. Congratulations to Alicja Kaźmierczak, Michał Deja, and Katarzyna Kiersztejny, who have demonstrated exceptional skills by passing the preliminary qualification stage on April 17th.
