Mental Health Week

We are pleased to announce the start of Mental Health Week at Gdańsk University of Technology. We encourage all students and staff to familiarize themselves with the schedule of events that will take place as part of this important initiative.

Throughout Mental Health Week, there will be a series of valuable lectures and workshops aimed at supporting the mental and physical health of participants. The program includes breathing workshops, outdoor zumba sessions, self-defense workshops, and lectures on coping with failure.

Mental Health Week Schedule

28.05

  • 9:00-14:00: WRS stands in the Main Building (ARCH, FTIMS, CHEM, WILIŚ) along with BORF
  • 15:15: Lecture with Adam Kowalewski
  • 16:15: Breathing workshops with Adam Kowalewski (AK Kwadratowa)

03.06

  • 09:00-14:00: Outdoor stand (EiA, ETI, ZiE, WiMiO) + zumba at 12:00 (Field in front of ETI)

  • 12:00-14:00: Workshops with Joanna Mytnik from CNE (room 402 in Bratniak)

  • 15:30: Lecture with Piotr Kudzia
  • 17:00: Workshop "The Right to Fail" with Jerzy Kolczyński

  • 12:00-13:00: Self-defense workshop with Karate Center KIGAI
  • 17:00: Dance workshop with Marta Wasilewska (AK Kwadratowa)

  • 12:00-15:00: Workshops with Grażyna Knitter from CNE (room 402 in Bratniak)
