Registration
The Conference Registration Fee of €400 will be used to cover attendance at the sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail party, gala banquet and a field excursion. The accompanying person’s full registration fee is €250. The fee covers morning and afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail party, gala banquet and a field excursion.
Please note that Conference fees are not refundable.

Travel and Accommodation
Potential participants are fully responsible for making their travel and accommodation arrangements, and should note that neither the WIETE nor Gdańsk University of Technology, nor the University of Pavia, will take any responsibility or be held accountable for any cancellation of accommodation and travel tickets due to any unforeseen events that may cause the Conference to be cancelled, postponed or transferred to another location.
Neither the WIETE nor Gdańsk University of Technology, nor the University of Pavia, accept no responsibility whatsoever for their direct dealings with the hotels and/or any other organisations. It is highly advisable that potential participants should avoid purchasing non-refundable flight tickets. The organising parties (WIETE, Gdańsk University of Technology and the University of Pavia) reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Conference due to financial or other unexpected reasons.

It is envisaged that a series of professional tours will be arranged including a visit to the historic centre.
