Składanie dokumentów o gotowości do obrony (do 02.10.2023)
Złożenie kompletu dokumentów o gotowości do obrony odbywa się po uprzednim umówieniu się z panią Aleksandrą Zdanowicz (aleksandra.zdanowicz@pg.edu.pl) przez system kolejkowy.
Spis dokumentów:
- oryginał zaświadczenia o odbyciu praktyki przeddyplomowej,
- karta gotowości do obrony, wypełniona i podpisana przez dyplomanta
Elektroniczne oświadczenie dotyczące pracy dyplomowej o przestrzeganiu praw autorskich wypełnia dyplomant w systemie Moja PG przed wgraniem pliku z pracą dyplomową.
Submission of documents on defense readiness
It is possible to submit a set of documents for defense in person after prior individual appointment with Ms Anna Kibart (anna.kibart@pg.edu.pl) for a specific hour at the dean's office, room 313.
Please read the list of documents and materials that should be submitted. We also ask for special care that the documents are complete.
List of documents (in white folder):
- original of the certificate of undergraduate internship,
- defense readiness card, completed and signed by the graduate student.
The electronic statement on the thesis on compliance with copyright is completed by the graduate in the Moja PG system before uploading the file with the thesis.
Uwagi
Oświadczenie studenta o przestrzeganiu praw autorskich (Moja PG: Student -> Studia -> Dyplomy) należy wypełnić przed wgraniem pliku z pracą dyplomową.
Obrony prac dyplomowych magisterskich w sesji zimowej zaplanowane zostały w terminie: 06.2024.
Studenci z semestru dyplomowego zimowego chcący przystąpić do obrony w powyższym terminie powinni do 30.04.2024 złożyć w dziekanacie komplet wymaganych dokumentów.
Ustny egzamin dyplomowy dla studentów z semestru letniego odbędzie się w dniach:

Zgodnie z regulaminem studiów stacjonarnych i niestacjonarnych na Politechnice Gdańskiej prace dyplomowe należy złożyć (wgranie do systemu antyplagiatowego wraz z wstępnym potwierdzeniem promotora) do 30 września na studiach II stopnia kończących się w semestrze letnim i do 30 kwietnia na studiach II stopnia kończących się w semestrze zimowym.
Przed wejściem na 3. semestr studenci są zobowiązani do pobrania ze strony internetowej Karty gotowości do obrony i odesłania jej na adres e-mail dz-stud@pg.edu.pl z uzupełnioną częścią dotyczącą: danych personalnych, danych adresowych, danych kontaktowych, tematu pracy dyplomowej, imienia i nazwiska promotora.
W trakcie semestru studenci zbierają na wydrukowanej karcie gotowości podpisy prowadzących udzielających konsultacji dyplomowych.
Uzupełnioną kartę gotowości studenci składają wraz z dokumentami do obrony w terminie zgodnym z Regulaminem studiów PG.
zarządzenie w sprawie wydawania dyplomów
Wnioski o wydanie dodatkowego dyplomu/suplementu w języku obcym poprzez edokumenty na Moja PG:
Wniosek o odpis/suplement złożony przed obroną pracy dyplomowej - bezpłatnie ( student otrzymuje oryginał dyplomu, 1 szt odpisu, 1 szt odpisu w języku angielskim)
Wniosek o dodatkowy odpis/suplement student składa po obronie - opłata 20 zł odpis w j. angielskim/suplement ( student otrzymuje oryginał dyplomu, 2 szt odpisu, 1 szt odpisu w języku angielskim)
Uwaga – studenci specjalności w języku angielskim:
- egzamin dyplomowy odbywa się obligatoryjnie w języku angielskim,
- obrona pracy dyplomowej zgodnie z ustaleniem z promotorem w języku angielskim lub polskim (informację o wyborze języka należy przekazać do dziekanatu),
- esej oraz plansze zgodnie z ustaleniem z promotorem w języku angielskim lub w polskim i angielskim,
- opinia promotora i recenzja w dokumentacji obowiązkowo w języku angielskim.
W celu usprawnienia wywieszania prac prosimy we własnym zakresie wykonać w planszach (w rogach) otwory do ich zawieszenia.

Vice Dean for Education and Promotion
Dear Students,
due to COVID-19 epidemiological situation we would like to ask you to take all precautiones and follow all the instructions and rules below during master exam. You must:
- be punctual – arrive at the assigned room 5 min. before the scheduled time,
- wear a mask covering mouth and nose or a suitable helmet covering face,
- bring your student ID card or any other document with a photograph and your own pen,
- keep the distance of 2 meters between other students,
- have the temperature measured before entering the exam room,
- have your hands disinfected before entering the exam room (disinfection liquid will be available in front the examination room),
- sit separately – each member of the commission and every student will have a separate table,
- choose a set of questions while entering to the examination room and return it to a specially assigned container after the exam,
- leave at once the building after finishing the exam, not waiting for the results (the results of the exam will be announced in Moja PG system in the individual student account in Diploma section, after termination of the exam for all the students participating during that day.
Students of Architecture MSc studies in English are obligated to download the so called karta gotowości do obrony and send it back via e-mail to dz-stud@pg.edu.pl with their personal data, address, e-mail contact, thesis topic, name and surname of the supervisor.
During the third semester the students collect all the signatures of the leading teachers from interdisciplinary diploma consultations at the same karta gotowości do obrony, which must be delivered with all the required documents to defend the diploma thesis to room 313 in the announced time.
Notice – students studying at MSc in Architectue:
- the exam is obligatory in English,
- the diploma defense, according to arrangements with the supervisor, either in Polish or English (the final decision should be passed to the dean's office – room 313),
- the diploma essay and boards, according to arrangements with the supervisor, either in Polish or English,
- the supervisor's report and review obligatory in paper version in English.
