A group of our students (urban planners) from the Department of Urban Design and Regional Planning under the coordination of doctoral student Bahaa Bou Kalfouni and with the support of Professor Karolina Krosnicka participated in the Summer School of the Union of Mediterranean Architects (UMAR) - a two-week workshop program which is also a design competition entitled “Revitalizing the Port Gaza: Water as a Catalyst” was held at the German University in Amman - Jor

After many years of dedicated work, the Rector of Gdańsk University of Technology, Prof. Dr. Hab. Eng. Krzysztof Wilde, corresponding member of the PAS, the Faculty of Architecture, and the Department of Urban and Regional Planning bid farewell to Professor Małgorzata Dymnicka.

Last Wednesday, the Urban Design 2 studio, titled "New Urban Living," concluded its 4th-semester activities for the English program at the Faculty of Architecture with a grand finale on June 19, 2024. This event featured final presentations and awards from the "Week with Mentor" program, making it a truly memorable occasion.

On June 17 and 18, 2024, the Faculty Doctoral Reporting Session took place at the Faculty of Architecture of Gdańsk University of Technology. The event gathered doctoral students from the Doctoral School as well as from the discontinued Doctoral Studies at the Faculty of Architecture. Promoters, professors from the Faculty of Architecture, Deans, and invited guests from abroad participated in the session.
