Enrolment after examination session | The Faculty of Architecture at the Gdańsk University of Technology

Registration of a student for the next semester is based on the student's academic progress measured by the number of credits earned (based on the results entered in Moja PG).

Registration for subsequent semesters is conditional on the size of the credit debt not exceeding 12 ECTS credits counted towards the semester for which registration is conducted:

• credit debt up to 12 ECTS - application for registration;
• credit debt up to 18 ECTS  - application for registration;
• credit debt of more than 18 ECTS - application for non-deletion from the list of students and application for registration
• Dean’s leave, sick leave , leave before repeating semester
• students returning after a leave of absence - application for registration
• students applying for a leave of absence for the upcoming semester/academic year apply through MojaPG

the possibility of submitting applications through eDocuments has been introduced (moja.pg->Documents->eDocuments)

Please apply this way for:

- registration for winter semester 2023/2024

- Dean’s leave, sick leave , leave before repeating semester

- applications addressed to Vice-Dean for Students Affairs and Promotion Ph.D. Eng. Arch. Magdalena  Podwojewska

- Other applications are subject to the "paper" version (e.g. IPS, application for restoration of student rights).

ALL APPLICATIONS AND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY OCTOBER 1, 2023

Completed and signed by the student applications - submitted in "paper" form (original) can be delivered to the dean's office with the above deadline - undergraduate and postgraduate studies:

in person - after booking an appointment through the queue system in advance

In accordance with § 9 para. 1 subsection 7) of the Study Regulations, the student is obliged to "use the student's university e-mail account in all matters pertaining to his/her studies in electronic correspondence."
