Settlement after summer examination session 2021/2022

Student’s registration for next semester is based on progress in studying measured in received ECTS points (based on results in MojaPG).

A condition to be enrolled for next semester is ECTS point debt not bigger than 12 ECTS points from all previous semester together:

  • Up to 12 ECTS points debt – application for registration(generated in MojaPG);
  • Up to 18 ECTS points debt - application for registration(generated in MojaPG);
  • ECTS point debt above 18 – application to prevent deletion proccess from students list and application for registration.

Individual Studying Plan

  • Application for ISP avaible in MojaPG

Leaves:

  • Students returning from leave – application for registration
  • Students applying for leave for upcoming semester/academic year -  apply through MojaPG

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE 1ST OF OCTOBER 2022

Filled and signed by a student applications can be submitted in Dean’s Office within mentioned date – I and II degree studies:

  • personally – prior Schedule appointments only (26 – 30.09 during office hours without scheduled appointment)
  • can leave application in front of Dean’s Office in appointed place
  • eventually send a scan (document must be sigbed)– all e-mails only via university e-mail  

II DEGREE STUDIES – SUBMITTING DIPLOMA DOCUMENTS ON FOLLWOING DATES: 26-30 OF SEPTEMBER 2022 NO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT NEEDED

According to study regulations student is obligated to all contact use only student e-mail account.
