The aim of the subject is to acknolwedge students with an application of present-day rules of monument's conservation in design practice. Subjects of projects are chosen indicidually, based on students' fields of interest. The projects cover a scale from single objects to architectural complexes located in Poland. Subjects of the projects are regarding design activities in existing objects (projects of restoration and adaptation) as well as designing contemporary objects located in an enviroment of historic architecture (expansions and extensions).
