The 'Celebration of Didactics' gala took place at Gdansk University of Technology, during which the best  lecturers at Gdansk University of Technology were honoured to promote the most inspiring practices in academic teaching.
Best educators

Sixty lecturers from all faculties and centres were submitted to the programme through student votes. The application consisted not only of nominating a specific person, but also of a written justification for the candidacy, as well as assigning hashtags that characterise the selected teacher.

From our Faculty, the awards went to:

Dr Eng. arch. Małgorzata Kostrzewska justification: She is the epitome of rays of sunshine. She always motivates, encourages and inspires. She imparts knowledge with rare enthusiasm, and you can see that she loves what she does. In her classes, she uses interesting methods to introduce the project and gives the opportunity to express her opinions. She is characterised by a curiosity to learn about an opinion different from her own.

Dr Eng. arch. Michał Kwasek justification: Tremendous commitment and creativity, all in a relaxed atmosphere. At Pandemic, he has always motivated us to work in unconventional and creative ways. He motivates systematic work and rewards us for it, so we are calm before every colloquium and exam. He always divides the class into parts and takes breaks so that we have a fresher mind. He believes in our abilities. Full of positive energy.

M.Sc. Tomasz Zybała justificatione: He explains 'humanely' and makes the things he talks about interesting and understandable. Gives us the chance to learn well step by step and to pass the subject. Very good teaching system, clarity and lucidity of translation, convenient system for passing the subject.
