In combination with cutting-edge research on structural issues, building statics, acoustics, kinetic and filtering facade technologies, the Department conducts research on issues related to the dynamically changing environment. In response to contemporary challenges, studies carried out by faculty members in international consortia also focus on the issue of architecture accessible to all - Universal Design.
