Economic and organizational aspects of architectural design is an important issue from the point of view of a building project. During the course the students will learn about the issues related to investment process management, including methods of cost estimation in the design process.
The aim of the course is for the student to become familiar with economic and organizational conditions of architect's work, in particular by acquiring the ability to perform design work estimation and construction project schedule.
