Research | The Faculty of Architecture at the Gdańsk University of Technology

The research activity of the department focuses on researching and developing new methods of shaping housing and public utility architecture. Their scope is research on the housing needs of a changing society, transformation and adaptation of buildings for the needs of living, revitalization of facilities and urban spaces, social innovations in architecture, media architecture in the visual structure of urban space, connections between art and architecture.

In the field of scientific activity, research on the following topics has been distinguished:
