 The Department continues traditoins of four generations of architecture historians and conservators working continuously from 1945 year.

The subject of activities of the Department are both didactic and scientific.

We would like to invite you to the following public online lectures.

The lectures are taking place between June 14-18 as keynote lectures within the third training programme of the ERASMUS+ project "BuildDigiCraft: New Mindset for High-Quality Baukultur in Europe".
The Faculty of Architecture at Gdańsk Tech is a co-organizer of the event and a member of the BuildDigiCraft project consortium.

Professional title – “inżynier architect” (inż. arch.)

Bachelor’s degree studies end with the defence of a diploma project which is carried out during the 7th semester (see Table 3) and the final Bachelor’s examination.

Research is of central importance to all our activities at the Faculty of Architecture. It gives us a sound background to teaching. It keeps us capable of responding to emerging challenges both in the local and global scale.

The academic staff of the Faculty of Architecture Gdańsk Tech is the winners of many architectural competitions and authors of great prestigious projects. Among others, it should be mentioned the building of the European Solidarity Center (Wojciech Targowski, PhD, Eng. Arch., Assoc. Prof., Prof. Antoni Taraszkiewicz, PhD, D.Sc. Eng. Arch., P. Mazur, Eng. Arch.) – first prize in an international competition, or the recently opened building of the Museum of the Second World War (Jacek Droszcz, Eng. Arch., Bazyli Domsta, PhD, Eng. Arch.
